FEPTO (Federation of European Psychodrama Training Organizations) brings together training and accrediting institutes from 28 countries across Europe. Every year, representatives from these institutes gather for a 5-day Annual Meeting (AM) to connect, collaborate, and advance the field of psychodrama.

EXPLORING VALUES: AXIODRAMA AS APPLIED ETHICS
The central objective of FEPTO is to promote psychodrama and sociodrama training, practice, research, and networking. The pursuit of the purpose includes our respect for the standards of Human Rights as they are named in the “Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union” and in the “Charter of the United Nations”.
But Human Rights remain academic as long as they are only written in the preamble to the Constitution and are not applied and tested in concrete situations. As a Federation, we are living through a very difficult time with cruel acts of war and terrorism directly affecting several of our members.
Axiodrama is the combination of psychodrama and the science of values (axiology). In this Annual Meeting we want to explore what concrete steps we need to take as a Federation to make basic human rights effective in our organization and in our daily work as trainers, researchers and practitioners. What does it mean in concrete terms for each and every one of us if we want to live with responsibility, respect and love for the world?
Arrival & Orientation
Getting from the Airport to the City Center
The airport is 8 km from the city center. You have several options to get there:
- Express Bus A1E: Leaves the airport every hour, from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It stops in the city center after about 30 minutes. You can pay by credit card on the bus. The ticket costs 6 RON (around 1.2 EUR).
- Taxi / Bolt / Uber: Takes 15–20 minutes to reach the city center. The cost is about 50 RON (around 10 EUR).
Venue
As we mentioned earlier, the new venue is ClujHub, in the city center.
Address: Strada Ferdinand 22–26. It’s a 4-floor shopping building.
The conference is on the 3rd floor. Use the left-side entrance (near Carrefour) and take the stairs or the elevator. Look out for our posters to guide you.

Coffee Breaks & Meals
Throughout the meeting, complimentary coffee and water will be available in the lobby.
From Monday through Thursday, lunch is included in your participation fee, so we invite you to spend together each noon break.
On our final evening, you’re warmly invited to a gala dinner and dance (buffet and open bar), also included in the fee.
All group meals will take place at Casa Universitarilor – the historic professors’ restaurant of Cluj’s oldest university, just a 10-minute walk from the event venue. The restaurant offers a refined setting where intellect and Transylvanian flavors come together in quiet elegance. Address: Str. Mihail Kogalniceanu nr. 5.

Excursion
We warmly invite you to join us for a unique experience: a visit to Salina Turda, an ancient salt mine, now one of Romania’s most amazing places. We will go 120 meters underground to explore this beautiful, silent world.

- Cost for you: €12 entrance fee (bus transportation is covered by LOC, approx. 40 minutes)
Salina Turda has been called a “sci-fi cathedral,” and it’s easy to see why. We’ll gather for a short, symbolic psychodrama session deep in the heart of the mine, which provides a surreal setting. It’s as symbolic as it is unforgettable. After the visit, we will return to Cluj and enjoy a relaxed lunch together, to reflect, connect, and share goodbyes.
The visit includes walking, stairs, and cooler temperatures (10–12°C). It may not be suitable for people with severe heart conditions or limited mobility.

ARPsiC is a psychodrama association and training institute founded in 1995, with its initial headquarters in Arad, then in Sibiu, and currently in Bucharest.
